JEWEL CARE

Keep your unique diamond jewellery shining by preserving its unique sparkle. Protect the glow, vibrancy and beauty of your precious gem, by nurturing and taking care of it regularly and treasure it for years to come.

ROUTINE CLEANING & INSPECTION

Bring your daily wear jewellery in for routine cleaning and inspection once a year. Prongs can get damaged or wear out, increasing the chances of gemstone loss. A routine inspection can preserve your gemstones and jewellery longer.

HOME CARE & CLEANING

At home, clean your jewellery by wiping it with a lint-free cloth. Paper towels/napkins can sometimes scratch gold and silver, so they are not a good choice. Open setting diamond jewellery can be washed with warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush.

If you are using commercial jewellery cleaning solutions at home, please read their instructions to be sure it won't harm your gemstone.

USAGE

Avoid wearing diamond jewellery while swimming, working out or washing dishes. Prolonged contact with water may loosen the stone from the setting and chemicals in the cleaning agent/pool may affect the metal.

Remove diamond jewellery while applying lotion, oiling your hair or going for a massage. The cream/oil will settle on and under the stone, making the diamond look dull, and in some cases it may loosen the diamond from its setting.

STORAGE

Even when you are not wearing your diamond jewellery, it requires attention. Diamond is the hardest element on earth and can potentially scratch other gemstones or metals, thus damaging other jewellery pieces.

Always keep your jewellery in a hard case to protect it from any harm. While using a fabric-lined case for each individual jewel is the most advisable option, it may not be practical for storage and travel purposes, especially if you have multiple jewels. In such a scenario, place your jewels in a hard case and ensure each piece is layered separately between sheets of foam.
