How long does it take to make a custom designed jewel?

Depending on the complexity of the design you choose, it can take anywhere between 3 to 12 weeks. Most of the designs are possible to make in 4-5 weeks though.

Can I provide my own diamonds or gemstones for the jewellery I want to make?

Yes, absolutely! We are happy to reuse your existing diamonds for a small handling fee.

Can I get my jewellery engraved with a custom message?

Yes, absolutely! We can personalize your jewel with a message special to you.

Where do you make your jewellery?

We work with different workshops across the country. Depending on the type of jewel, we get it made at a workshop that specializes in it.

Can we buy from you remotely?

Yes, a lot of our customers are located in different parts of India; some are even abroad. Get in touch with us and we can show you our collection over a video call. You can then place an order based on your selections and we will ship the jewels to you.

Do you home deliver jewellery?

If you are in Bangalore, we can deliver it to you at a convenient time. For any other city, we can ship it through an insured courier which will typically reach you in 1-3 days.

If I need a particular gemstone in a particular size for astrological purposes, can you get it for me?

Yes, we have made lots of jewellery for our customers based on their astrological guidance. We start from getting the right stone and then go on to make the jewel based on your needs and preferences.

I can’t find what I want in your collection. Can you make it for me?

Yes, please get in touch with us and describe what you are looking for. We can custom make it for you against an order (or in some cases also call for readily available designs from our workshops for you to see).

What are the 4Cs of Diamonds?

4Cs are the parameters (first laid out by GIA) to grade diamonds. They stand for Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat. More info on this can be found here

All solitaire diamonds we sell are certified by a reputed lab like GIA.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Yes, we only source diamonds from countries that follow the Kimberley Process, a program to ensure that conflict diamonds do not enter the mainstream market.

What is DOR?

DOR stands for the Diamond Origin Report, which is a service offer by GIA to trace the origin country of certain diamonds. It helps us know more about the region where the diamond was mined.

Do you offer jewellery repair services?

Professional cleaning and inspection at a jeweller should be done every 6 months to 2 years, depending on how often you wear your jewellery.
